Chi-square test was used to analyze the correlation between the expression and clinic pathological parameters. Western blotting was used to detect the expression of RP11-356I2.2 and tumor suppressor geneKLF17 after precise HIPEC. The effect of RP11-356I2.2 on KLF17 protein was observed and expressed by Western blotting and immunofluorescence.
