Hence, there is interest in analyzing the theoretical construction of their job satisfaction. Inductive and qualitative study was conducted based on grounded theory and with the support of the software Atlas-ti. As a result of carrying out in-depth interviews and through the open, axial and selective coding process, 12 categories and five dimensions were integrated. They shaped the final definition of job satisfaction of these professionals. The conclusions showed that they are currently satisfied, although they were not satisfied at the beginning of their work life.}, journal = {Journal of Social Sciences}, publisher = {Science Publications} }
