The employee's productivity will be increased and his work will be more accurate. This study has examined the effects of electronic monitoring on the employee's point of view. We have assume that the employee will be more productive when he is electronically monitored. On the other hand, the manager will be able to control the employe's performance efficiently and will be more satisfied by the employee's works. We have conducted a survey that led us to believe that employee's work will be improved when he is electronically monitored.
